The Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh’s Education & Youth Development Department works to increase the number of youth who: Go on to college or have post-secondary plan, Demonstrate work readiness and understand career pathways and options, Demonstrate leadership skills and healthy life choices, and Prepare for major transitions including school, work, life.

This program increases educational and leadership opportunities for selected young African American men to expand their leadership skills to make an impact in their local communities.
