Our center is dedicated to strengthening families, supporting individuals, promoting child development, and building pathways to stability through education, advocacy, and supportive programming, such as:

Early Learning Support

Programs that strengthen early childhood development from birth through age five, while also offering guidance and resources for individuals supporting young children in their lives.

Parent Engagement

Education and activities that empower caregivers and individuals to support children’s growth, wellbeing, and healthy family dynamics.

Family Resource Access

Advocacy, referrals, and transportation assistance that help families and individuals connect with essential services, education, and community opportunities.

Community Connection

Interactive groups and activities that bring families and individuals together, foster inclusion, and build strong, supportive community ties.

Our Programs & Services

At the East Hills Family Support Center, individuals, parents, and caregivers receive guidance and resources that empower them to support healthy development, build life skills, and work toward greater self-sufficiency. Through a combination of early childhood services, individualized supports, parenting resources, and community engagement opportunities, we help people and families build strong, lasting foundations for their future.

Family-Focused Services

  • Family AdvocacySupportive guidance to help families navigate services, overcome barriers, and access the resources they need.
  • Parents as Teachers (PAT)An evidence-based early childhood program that strengthens parent-child interaction, supports developmental milestones, and encourages school readiness.
  • Parenting EducationWorkshops and sessions designed to build parenting skills, confidence, and positive family routines.

Support Services for Children

  • Developmental Assessments (Ages 0–5)Screenings and assessments to help caregivers understand their child’s developmental progress and identify any areas requiring additional support.
  • Little Blessings GroupA fun and engaging reading, music, and activity group for young children and their caregivers.

Additional Support Services

  • Van TransportationTransportation assistance for medical and dental appointments to ensure individuals and families receive necessary care.
  • Goal Planning & Self-Sufficiency SupportPersonalized planning to help parents set goals, build stability, and work toward long-term independence.
