Looking ahead, the Economic Self-Reliance Program will continue prioritizing long-term sustainability—an essential focus for any nonprofit navigating today’s shifting political and funding landscape. As resources and priorities change rapidly, our challenge is to remain adaptable while planning for the future. A key part of that work involves anticipating what the job market will look like five or more years from now and creating programs that best prepare our clients for success.
By researching emerging sectors and tracking where growth is happening, we aim to design training programs that prepare individuals to compete in high-demand fields. Technology and AI continue to be among the fastest-growing industries, and our goal is to equip community members with the skills they need to succeed as these sectors expand.
