Empowering youth to lead with confidence, communicate with purpose, value themselves, and step into the world prepared for lifelong success.
The Youth Leadership Development Program at the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh builds on our proud legacy of empowering young people to thrive in school, in the community, and in life. Our program goes beyond academic support—it helps youth sharpen their communication and leadership skills, strengthen resilience, and value who they are while preparing them for the world that awaits. We equip young people not just to succeed, but to lead with confidence, maintain mental and physical well-being, and step boldly into opportunities after high school and beyond. Grounded in the Urban League’s mission of equity and empowerment, this program inspires young leaders to grow, connect, and contribute in ways that matter.
