The Northview Heights Family Support Center was established in 1998 to serve individuals and families living in Northview Heights and surrounding communities. The center supports individuals, families, and children, offering resources that strengthen early childhood development and help men and women connect with their community.

Our Programs & Services

The Northview Heights Family Support Center provides a wide range of services that empower individuals and families, promote child wellbeing, and support parents and caregivers. Whether individuals or families are seeking early childhood resources, parenting support, or community connections, the center offers programs tailored to meet their needs.

Family-Focused Services

  • Nurturing Parent ProgramThis supportive program helps caregivers build positive parenting skills, strengthen family relationships, and create nurturing home environments.
  • Family Fun ActivitiesEngaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage family bonding, play, and learning.

Services for Men and Women

  • Women’s GroupA safe, supportive space for women to connect, share experiences, and access personal development resources.
  • Healthy Baby, Healthy YouA program focused on maternal and infant health, offering education and resources to support healthy pregnancies and early child development.
  • Men’s Group A supportive, safe space for men to connect and share their experiences through Fatherhood workshops.

Additional Support Services

  • Food Bank by 412 Food RescueFamilies throughout the community can come twice weekly to pick up food.
  • Information & Referral ServicesFamilies can access guidance and referrals for G.E.D. programs, college pathways, employment services, job training opportunities, and housing assistance.
