Eligibility Requirements

    • Students must be 13 to 17 years old
    • Enrolled in high school

Application Submission Requirement & Documentation

      • Completed application with submission of all required documents
      • Thoughtful and full answers provided for the student questionnaire, which will be used to evaluate applicants attitude toward the BFLDI
      • A copy of the applicant’s most recent report card displaying GPA and school attendance
