The Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Pittsburgh’s (ULYP) mission is to engage young professionals in the movement towards the achievement of social and economic equality by working to advance the Urban League agenda through corporate, social and community activism.
ULYP works to strengthen our members by encouraging them to achieve balance in their lives even as they work to strengthen their communities. To this end, NULYP strives to develop programs that encourage individual members’ personal and professional development.
Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Pittsburgh is an auxiliary organization dedicated to bringing the next generation of leaders into the Urban League movement. Members believe in economic and social parity, and are working hard to develop proactive and innovative resolutions to the challenges our society faces.
