Techno Teens

Techno Teens

Techno Teens is an after-school program for all high school students (grades 9-12). This initiative is part of the Urban League’s Tech U suite and the National Urban League Project Ready STEAM.

The goals of the program are to expose students to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture/Arts and Math) and STEM-related careers. Students will explore STEAM, through Robotics, statistical modeling in conjunction with the Urban League’s Project Ready program, college readiness and volunteer services.

The Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh offers the Techno Teens Program FREE of charge. The program meets Wednesdays 4:30pm-6:30pm at the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh, 610 Wood Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Light snacks will be provided and transportation is provided for students who are in need of assistance (by advance request only).
